‘Funeral’ Seend Wiltshire. Early one evening while leaving the village church, a group of approximately 20 people dressed in old-fashioned clothes was witnessed coming down the lane that leads from the busy A361 towards the church. While looking away for a split second and quickly looking again it was noticed by the witness that all of these people had simply vanished. Was this a ghostly funeral party walking to the church? Hi Lala, if your Grandmother had witnessed this event then you could say that something paranormal had taken place. Sceptical disbelievers who may read experiences such as yours would say that there is nothing that could be classed as solid evidence. It’s a shame that you and your Grandmother didn’t witness this event at the same time as I would have looked at this differently. I’m not trying to deny that what you had witnessed hadn’t taken place in the church, all I’m saying it’s difficult to come to any conclusions from what evidence you have provided. But do events such as your take place… yes they do! But make sure grandmother is looking next time.

I have witnessed a candle in Seend Church where there was no candle there when I told my grandmother it dissapeared!
